Major strategic transactions include licences and alliance agreements with Abbott, J&J, Boston Scientific, Dideco, Angiodynamics, Wesley Jessen, Rita, Tripos, NOF in Japan, and others.
Strategic Planning; writing Business and Strategic Plans for companies, developing forecasts, valuation and risk assessment models for fundraising and due diligence, and led the budgeting and financial planning process.
International and National marketing; marketing management and product management at National and International level for both launched products and the pre-launch marketing strategy for late stage development products.
